【摘要】:Thedocumentspecifiesamethodofdeterminingtheshearstrengthofweldedjointsinreinforcementsintendedforuseinprefabricatedcomponentsmadeofautoclavedaeratedconcreteorlightweightaggregateconcretewithopenstructure.Theshearstrengthofweldedjointsisdeterminedontestspecimensconsistingofalongitudinalbarandaweldedcrossbar(transversebarordiagonalbar)byapplyingatensileforceonthefreeendofthelongitudinalbarwhiletheweldedcrossbarissupportetbyadevicedesignedtominimizeinfluencefrombendingandtwistingforces.Whenjointswithadiagonalbararetested,thetensileforceisappliedtothefreeendofthediagonalbar.Thetensileforceisincreasedatuniformrateuntilfailureoftheweld,andtheultimateforceisrecorded.
