【摘要】:Thisdocumentappliestoroadsurfacetreatmentmachines,whichareinparticular:?!bindersprayers[orsprayers]";?!chippingspreaders[orspreaders]";?machinesforsurfacerepairs!(bindersprayerchippingspreader[orsprayerspreader])";?masticsasphaltmixers;?!jointsealer;"?!micro-surfacingmachines/slurrymachines";?!deletedtext"(seealsoClause3).Roadsurfacetreatmentmachinescanbemountedonacarriervehicle,trailerorarticulatedtruck,combiningtoformanintegralunit.Itisalsopossibletomountaroadsurfacetreatmentmachineonitsownchassisconstructionandpropulsionsystem(self-propelledorpedestrian-controlled).Inallcasesthemachineandchassisformanintegralunit.Directivesandstandardsforthevehiculartruckchassisaspects,termed'carriervehicle'inthisdocument,wouldbethoserelativetothatequipment,evenwherespecificmodificationshavebeenmadetorealizetheroadsurfacetreatmentapplication.Theuseinpublicroadtrafficisgovernedbythenationalregulations.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazardsidentifiedthroughariskassessmentrelevanttoroadsurfacetreatmentmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithsignificanthazardsassociatedwithpressurizedtanks,noiseandEMC.Thisdocumentspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsassociatedwithmachineoperation,settingandadjustments,loaddischargeandroutinemaintenance.Thisdocumentdoesnotincluderequirementsforthecarriervehiclesorspecialconstructions.Thesearecoveredindirectivesrelatedtotheconstructionofvehicles.Demountablebodyworksystems(e.g.demountablecontainers)arespecifiedinotherstandards.!Vibrationsarenotdealtwithinthestandard,becauseforallmachinesofthisfamilyvibrationisnotarelevanthazardduetothelowworkingspeedandspecialworkingconditions(e.g.flatsurface)."Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththerisksassociatedwiththeoperationofthemachinesinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.!Thisdocumentdoesnotincluderequirementsofthe94/55/ECDirectiverelatedtotransportofdangerousgoodsbyroadbutcontainsadditionalspecificationsinlinkwiththeseexistingrequirements."ThisdocumentappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisstandardbyCEN.
